Key competencies of graduates of professional education organizations

The problem of improving the training of personnel for the domestic economy in a new model of its development is considered. It is proposed to pay attention to the formation of students' key competencies such as responsibility and commitment to quality. The reference requirements for an engineer developed by the Research Center for Quality Problems of Training Specialists, which can become the basis of professional competencies of graduates of universities and colleges, are presented. The use of the principles of quality management in educational activities is shown.
