Results. The optimally constructed model of practice-oriented education is based on the principles of preserving the traditional ethnic values of the peoples living in the territory included in the educational cluster. During the organization of practice-oriented training at the university, the leading principle of which is close interaction with the bearers of the values of ethnic culture of the peoples inhabiting Eastern Siberia, the cultural heritage is not only preserved, but also enriched due to the diversity of the ethno-cultural gene pool tested during the educational and educational activities of the university. In addition, the cultural heritage gets chances for further preservation and development

The scientific novelty and practical significance of the undertaken research consists in the development of a special context of educational programs and the introduction of an ethno-cultural component into the curricula of most areas of training of a regional university of culture in order to provide a practice-oriented approach to the educational process and meaningful provision of the current stage of training for the cultural sector for the territory of Eastern Siberia.

Key words. Higher education, ethno-artistic, ethno-cultural, cultural heritage polyethnicity.
