Discussed are approaches to the system of evaluation of quality of emergent learning of chemical disciplines for non-chemical disciplines at university. The learning model used includes, in addition to lectures and seminars, mandatory laboratory workshop on the main sections of the course. In face-to-face training programs it is also proposed to use online support course, containing theoretical and reference materials, methodological recommendations for preparation for laboratory works, class tests, colloquiums, as well as tests on all topics for evaluation of self-preparation for classes. It is proposed to assess students’ learning achievements on the basis of calculation of integral indicator, i.e. negentropy, that takes into account all types of students’ activities, as well as external requirements to competences formation. Negentropy is calculated as the sum of all values of the criteria from first to third levels, taking into account their weights. Evaluation of criteria values is performed according to dichotomy principle or using fuzzy set algorithms.

Keywords: e-learning, combined or blended learning, emergent learning, fuzzy set, quality of learning, negentropy.
