Researched is the problem of development of spiritual processes, associated with one or another form social consciousness, it’s level. Philosophical assessment of principal directions of spiritual processes means identification of common worldview positions in that development. The article describes problems of the content of spiritual processes in human society, principal directions of their development. Comparative analysis of notions, related to category of spirituality is made, content of spiritual processes in the field of economics, art, morality and religion is revealed. Noted is their contradictory character, proceeding from unpreparedness of mankind to accept new realities of development.
