Researched is the problem of post-modernism. Contrary to popular belief about negative pathos of post-modern, it is necessary to point out deep fallacy of this approach and to demonstrate evidence base for justification of different point of view. Well-known problematic body of post-modernism requires slightly different interpretation in connection with change in position of post-modern itself. The author sees in post-modern not the end of the past, but the beginning of new era, the most important points for formation of which should be considered: analysis of the situation of person and his identification, immanent uncertainty and ontological dumbness and grand textualization of everything.

Key words: modern, text, information, knowledge, identification, structuralism, post-structuralism, textualization, narrativization.
