Significance of observance of ethic norms in publication activity

Analyzed is the problem of observance of ethic norms in scientific publication, solution of which might prevent illegal borrowing (‘plagiat’), unlawful appropriation of intellectual property, personal non-property or exclusive rights. The aim of the article is survey of practice of using ethic norms in scientific publishing community, civil law, administrative law and criminal law analysis of Russian legislation as to problems of wrongness use of alien intellectual property, elaboration of recommendations for redactors, authors of publications, and reviewers, based on observance of ethic norms in publishing activity.
