Researched is one of topical problems of education, i.e. the use of various techniques, methods and technologies for working with children with health disabilities. As a result of the study, revealed, that music therapy is one of effective methods of working with children of preschool age with deviations in health. Analysis of results of using of method of music therapy suggests, that such is most effective, when being applied in childhood, because in this period the child is more susceptible to positive changes. Also described is concrete example of conducting classes, as to emotional and personal development of children with disabilities with using the method of music therapy, resulting in positive effects of development in children of skills of musical imagination.
