Non-parametric sociometry in analysis of connection between formal and in-formal sub-structure of communication of senior school persons

Discussed is actual theme of non-parametric sociometry in analysis of connection between formal and informal sub-structure of communication of senior school persons. Characterized is the process of training in senior classes of schools and higher educational institutions from positions of social and pedagogical psychology. Presented are empirical data as to the named process, obtained with using the questionnaire by Kettel and method of non-parametric sociometry in analysis of connection between success of training and group sociometric indexes. The author’s conclusion is made, that the higher cohesion in collective of senior school persons and students is, the higher is indicator of success in class. Also presented are practical recommendations for successful realization of method of non-parametric sociometry in educational process.
