Analyzed is the problem of individualization of training of students in the framework of subject teaching. Shown is necessity of differentiation of the process of training by competence approach and introduction levels of assimilation of subject area, depending on personal characteristics of trainees. As example of subject teaching, presented is basic graphics training of students of technical university. In detail, characterized is principle of individualization of obtaining education, and also proposed is network graphic of individual work of students for management of self-design activity of students. Conclusion is made, that network modeling ensures complete mastering of subject competencies, and also makes possible to take into account current educational results and to form individual trajectories of training with accounting of personal characteristics of students.
