Investigation on professional orientation of working students at technical school

Presented is sociological studying of labor motives of working students as base of formation of professional orientation of personality, that allowed to develop strategy of development of professional orientation at various stages of educational training. On the basis of experimental analysis of results of sociological interrogation, revealed are laws of formation of  labor motivation of students as to years of training. Main factors of such are shown, as well as groupings revealed, where characteristic of professional dominating tendencies is serving. Also presented is analysis of actual motives, which, as the authors state, allows to make the conclusion about formed poly-motives of labor. Corresponding experimental analysis of professional orientation of working students at technical high school is also presented.
