Elaborated is actual problem of formation of competitiveness of university graduate and his competition in modern labor market. Presented is the analysis of perspectives of use of pedagogical strategy of forming of competitiveness of high school’s graduate on the basis of his readiness for increase of his competitive potential. Substantiated is the idea of level and indicator of competitive potential of graduate and possibilities of his further realization on labor market. Identified are both external and internal factors, affecting development of the system of strategic planning and administration of high school in solving tasks of formation of competitive specialist. Also formulated are principal prospects for use of pedagogical strategy of formation of competitiveness of high school’s graduates in the context of modernization of higher education.
