Internet factor in value evolution of Russian youth

Presented is analysis of influence of Internet on the system of values and it’s role in formation of extremist attitudes. Special attention is paid to impact of negative Internet information on younger generation of Russia. Shown are both dynamics of growth of Internet audience and perspectives of impact of Internet on state of values of the country’s population. Described are risks of spreading of extremist attitudes among young people by using social networks. In that context demonstrative is example of banned in Russia terrorist organization ISIL, actively recruiting European and Russian youth primarily through Internet. Dynamics of positive answer of young people to ideology of that grouping in European countries is very high. In the article analyzed are possible directions of state activities of controlling over Internet, as well as of censoring over information, spreading in global network space.
